The ideal attorney candidate has experience with a wide range of real estate matters. Experience with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and investments is appreciated. Texas BAR required.
This strong law firm offers a great work / life balance while achieving a stellar reputation in the legal community. Base compensation is $100,000 plus bonuses with a target of 150 hours billed per month.
Our Real Estate attorneys are involved in all aspects of the real estate industry through representation of developers, purchasers, investors, tenants and lenders in connection with the acquisition, development, operation, leasing and sale of all types of properties. Our work has included numerous major transactions involving office buildings, retail centers, hotels, resorts, single family and multi-family residential developments, mixed-use developments, condominium projects and timeshare developments. Attorneys on the Real Estate Team also represent banks, opportunity funds, pension plan advisors and other financial institutions involved with construction and permanent financings, sale/leasebacks and similar financing transactions.
