Project Finance Associate for Houston, Texas
Warren Recruiting is working with an outstanding team of Project Finance partners that is looking to grow its legal team in Houston, Texas. They’re busy and have great hands-on work and substantial deal flow and are looking for associates to join their Project Finance practice. The practice is firmwide so you’ll get to work with lawyers in other offices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of prior Project Finance experience, and work in the energy industry is a definite plus. The legal team regularly represents downstream companies and they do a lot of infrastructure projects. There is plenty of work to go around and you’ll have a lot of responsibility on your deals, as well as client interaction. The partners are caring and great mentors. Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience is required for this top AmLaw 100 firm that pays salaries at the top of the market. Language skills are not required for this role.
