Warren Recruiting has partnered with a premier Texas law firm in search for a Litigation Associate in their prestigious Oil & Gas Litigation group.
No prior energy disputes experience? No problem. The lead partner is actively looking to mentor and train a skilled commercial litigator in O&G royalty litigation.
Key Position Details
- Location: Remote (Strong preference for candidates based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area)
- Experience Level: 2–4 Years (Complex Commercial Litigation)
- Practice Area: Oil & Gas / Energy Litigation & Royalty Disputes
- Arrangement: Full-time, Remote
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex commercial matters from case inception through resolution.
- Draft high-impact motions, pleadings, briefs, written discovery, and client status reports.
- Conduct in-depth, complex legal research to support litigation strategy.
- Work closely alongside partners on high-profile case preparations and advocacy.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2–4 years of solid complex commercial litigation experience.
- Top-tier academic credentials and a track record of strong performance.
- Sharp written and oral advocacy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High degree of self-organization and case-management ability.
- Bonus: Prior exposure to energy or royalty disputes is a plus, but not mandatory.
