The ideal plaintiffs attorney will have a chance to work on a variety of dockets but Mass Tort experience is a must to be successful at this law firm.
Be in control of your own cases, handle depositions and hearings, work directly with partner mentors and learn how to be a successful Plaintiff’s lawyer. The firm is a casual work environment with reasonable hours expectations. This accomplished law firm is handling numerous mass torts including Round Up, IVC Filter, Xarelto, Bair Hugger surgical blankets, Risperdal, Invokana, Morcellator, Zofran, Stryker and other hip implants, Talc, FLQs (fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs).
