Are you a 2 to 5-year attorney with a drive for courtroom success? Our client, a highly successful boutique trial firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their Texas based team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes litigation and wants to be part of a team with a proven track record of success.
Ideal candidates are driven by a desire to win, have a solid foundation in litigation, and are ready to work alongside like-minded attorneys. Strong academic credentials and prior experience in a litigation-focused firm are highly valued.
The firm is looking for either Big Firm refugees who are looking for true hands on experience or an attorney coming for a trial boutique. In addition to strong academics and a Texas Bar, strong oral and written advocacy is required. Base compensation is $250,000+ with the potential to match or exceed that in bonuses (paid quarterly).
This position is hybrid remote with offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin.
