Warren Recruiting is seeking a Litigation associate with at 2-8 years of litigation experience and an interest in practicing School Law, Civil Rights Law or Employment Law. This position is based in Houston, Texas. Experience going to trial and handling discovery are great, but strong writing skills is a must. Candidates should also have organizational skills for juggling case work. Exposure to school law, labor and employment, civil rights, education law, special education law or related matters is great but not required. Commercial litigation experience is ideal, or experience with multi-party and complex litigation; no insurance defense experience. This is a work-life balance firm with long-term partnership prospects. Billable target is around 1800 hours.
