Warren Recruiting is seeking a Banking and Finance Attorney to join the downtown Houston office of a prominent national law firm. Lawyers will find:
- Finance partner mentoring
- Top compensation ($190,00 to $340,000 base + Bonuses)
- You can actually make partner
- Hands-on with heavy deal flow
Work will include:
- Advising lenders (and borrowers) on commercial loans
- Work with multiple Industries including healthcare, energy and real estate
- Mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance, private equity finance and more
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior finance law experience
- Experience with regional and national banks and other finance institutions
- Great academics
