Warren Recruiting is seeking a Counsel or Partner Level Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Attorney for a leading law firm in Houston, Texas. The ideal attorney candidate will have 10+ years of experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation, employee benefits and other global incentive and compensation arrangements, including in connection with M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs, Employment, consulting, and severance agreements.
Attorneys with experience with deferred compensation plans, Incentive compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans and excess benefit plans is preferred. Work at this leading law firm includes designing, drafting and implementing plans and agreements to counseling on compliance, fiduciary duties and plan administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills. Major law or accounting firm experience is a plus. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar.
