Warren Recruiting is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney for an In-House legal team. The role will be in charge of Intellectual Property and Research Consulting for a company, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating agreements involving a variety of software licenses and contracts. The position will also entail providing legal advice with respect to general IP issues that arise at the company. Candidates should have at least 6 years of prior experience with IP transactions and experience at a top law firm. Candidates must be Texas bar licensed or eligible to waive into the Texas bar. This is a great environment for a self-starter, someone able to take on lots of responsibility and work fairly independently, yet someone that works well in a collaborative environment.
