Warren Recruiting is seeking an Energy and Finance associate with 2-5 years of prior experience with energy and/or finance transactions. This is for the Houston office of a top-rated international law firm. Experience drafting credit agreements and security agreements is required, and experience with ISDA’s, EEI’s and NAESB agreements is a plus. Strong academics are required.
