Warren Recruiting is seeking a Director of Compliance for an energy services company located in Houston, Texas. The position is located in the energy corridor in west Houston. The position reports to the CEO of the company so will definitely have a seat at the table. The Director of Compliance is responsible for leading the company’s compliance programs and policies and includes risk management, audit oversight, FCPA and similar legal matters, assisting with corporate investigations and general strategic development for the company. At least 10 years of compliance work is required for this role.
