We are seeking a Corporate associate with a minimum of 4 years of big law firm experience who is interested in joining a small in-house legal team. The work will focus on drafting and negotiating contracts of a wide variety, including energy contracts, employment related agreements, acquisition agreements and the like. Candidates must be self-starters and able to work fairly independently.
