Warren Recruiting is seeking a Corporate associate with 2-5 years of prior Corporate experience doing securities transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions. This is for the Houston office of a top law firm. The practice will include representing public and private companies, with heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Regulatory experience with regard to representing financial institutions is a plus (but not required). This is an interesting practice and one the firm is well-known for so a great practice opportunity!
