The work will be a mix of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity work and Finance. Knowledge in either or both areas is wonderful, and if you are lacking experience with finance work, the partners are ready to train! There is also an opportunity to work with partners from other offices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of prior law firm experience with a firm that has a strong corporate team, and have strong academics from a top law school. Relocating attorneys are welcome!
