Corporate Attorney for Energy Company

Warren Recruiting is seeking a junior associate (2009-2010) from a large law firm that is interested in going in-house with an energy company in Houston.  The office is located in West Houston.  Work will entail negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (confidentiality agreements, service agreements, insurance contracts and the like).  Candidates should be able to work independently and be self-starters with prior outstanding performance in a big firm setting.  Salary depends on experience and the company has strong benefits and cash bonus.  Half day Fridays too!
